1. the cgi not connect to the db. The N/A% is maybe a premission issue.
Are the history working?

2. Have you test the 3.5.3 CVS version it has some improvments in PSQL
driver..

3. Don't know ..

4. I think you can configure dspam to quarantine to one mailbox. You can
set localStore to one account . I think this will affect quarantine
also.
