RE: [dspam-users] Compile Problems....

Hello, to close out a recent thread on how to compile dspam for Windows
using Cygwin, I'm forwarding some notes from a fellow user that had success:

I would assume also that when you install Cygwin, you must be sure to pick
up all the development libraries.
