Sorry, that is correct -- I downloaded
RC2, and before I could get a build RC3 released.

The README I was using was loaded before the switch.

And then I just grep'ed for css_drv and while the
CHANGE showed up in Changelog I failed to notice
the word (css_drv) had (completely) disappeared from
the readme.
