Well, this was easier than I thought. I'm attaching the patch. It
just causes the mode and ownership changes that are applied to the
installed "dspam" executable to also get applied to the installed
"dspamc". It only changes src/Makefile and src/Makefile.in.

I have a favor to ask: I'm not currently a member of the devel
mailing list, and I don't have time to subscribe to it for the next
few days. If this patch looks OK, could someone post it on the
devel list for me?
