Would you like to upgrade to 3.4.9, please? It has bugfixes
that you'd be happy to incorporate.
[E.K] Actually, I would like to check its availableness under FreeBSD
ports. If it is possible, I would like to upgrade.

That, for sure, is not how DSPAM works. It either tags and delivers or
quarantines, but does not block or strip attachments from e-mail.
[E.K.] Well, maybe this is my English problem here. What I meant was,
I do not receive e-mails especially with excel attachments. I know it
is not my client Thunderbird. Outlook clients have same problem. I
guess they are being quarantined. I have problem to see quarantined e-
mails through CGI web interface. If this is the problem,
unfortunately, I do not have opportunity to say DSPAM they are not
spam.

Perhaps they are willing to pay Jonathan to dig the problems for them
??
[E.K.] I really do not think so :) I was not searching for help if
they were willing to pay for that. But, if I can bare for it. It might
be possible, and easier to convince the company for sure.

You don't quite have to, if you followed the proper training procedure
when you installed DSPAM. However, there are several ways to achieve
that, but because you "don't have the time", I wonder if you'll ever
achieve that goal, because it requires time - more time than you
think.
[E.K.] Actually, I did not follow any training procedure at all. I
appreciate some links for this. Actually, I recognise something like
training, but I had a lot of difficulties to setup DSPAM - which seems
to have problems still - I did not even think of training procedure.

It is not DSPAM interfering with excel documents! It's another monster
on that server. Not DSPAM!
[E.K.] What about quarantine operation of DSPAM? If DSPAM quarantines,
isn't it normal not to receive e-mails? I suppose excel have some
general information written to file and DSPAM learned these words. Do
not know of course.

I received just this copy, but maybe I need to look at all may mail
before concluding?
[E.K.] I meant already asked same type of questions. My English again.

Links are quite broken for now.
