First open Module1.bas in Outlook -> Tools -> Macro ->
Visual Basic -> Editor -> File -> Import File

And save a project.

You'll have %APPDATA%/Microsoft/Outlook/VbaProject.OTM
This otm file should be copied to every client to %APPDATA%/Microsoft/Outlook/

Then you should run script.vbs from command line.

This can be easy created in bat file ;)...

script.vbs and Module1.bas are zipped in attachment

p.s. I don't like Windowzz ... but have to work with it because 99% of
users use it :((
