[dspam-users] New DSPAM relay install - mail not being delivered

New clean install of Redhat enterprise linux v.4
 
Dspam 3.6.0 + mysql + postfix following these instructions:

Wanting mail to come into postfix > dspam > then off to our exchange
server internally. NO local users.
 
When I send a message to the server it seems to all work correctly in
that dspam scans it, then outputs it back to procmail where it should be
sent to our exchange server via the transport file. However nothing
ever shows up. All the messages i've sent to it are piling up in
/var/mail/dspam
 
dspam.debug shows the mail passing through correctly and being routed
back out to procmail.
 
Can anyone give me any clues as to where I've screwed up?
