I use dspam similarly though procmail. Here's the rule I use.[0]

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
:0 fw
| /usr/local/bin/dspamc --stdout --user <username> --deliver=innocent,spam --process --mode=teft
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[0] Replace <username> with the proper username.
