[dspam-users] dspam optin and optout files

Maybe I'm just missing something somewhere, but is there a way for users
to use the dspam.cgi to opt-in (or opt-out) of dspam? Or, do I have to
create my own cgi to allow users to manage their dspam opt in/out
preference?
