Some, but not much. I think matching wits with some of the users
(these would be ISP customers) of dspam that we have would ultimately
be fruitless - there's just no end to the level that they're prepared
to sink to, whereas I have my limits. :-) I spent quite a lot of
time going over the introductory email that's sent out to new
customers on signup with my (computer illiterate) wife, making
sure that there was little confusion on various points. There's
even a section where to remind the users the email addresses
they're supposed to use to "think: it's spam!", so of course
we now get the feedback emails with "think it's spam!" in the
title. We have had users that swear that DSPAM is deleting their
mail retroactively (i.e. after they've read it DSPAM has gone into
their mail box and deleted it), and a feedback mechanism that
prevents them from tagging email the same way twice (e.g. spam that
is already marked as spam) which is always getting a good workout.
