Setting MaxMessageSize in dspam.conf to something like 2mb should
atleast let you get out of the house.

MaxMessageSize 2097152

Will skip messages > 2mb. If multiple people are interested you may
want to request a new feature to skip attachments.I know its
definitely an option I would use.
