It's not unusual to have to retrain the same message over and over
before dspam will finally catch on, especially if it's still in
training mode (less than 2,500 innocent messages learnt).

If it is in training mode, you can use the filter sensitivity
setting in the webui to make it more aggressive towards catching
spam.

You can check information about a user's data with:

dspam_stats -H user@id

If the value of TL (Training Left) is non-zero, then dspam is still
operating in training mode for that user. This causes it to be less
aggressive, because the lack of data increases the likelihood of
false positives.
