I had this problem as well - not sure of the details, but the messages
were definitely rather mangled.
My solution was to have dspam deliver back to [another instance of]
Postfix on the same machine, and then have Postfix deliver to Exchange.
I'm not sure what dspam is doing that Exchange doesn't like, but it
seems like having dspam speak to a real MTA first solved the issue for
me. Plus, if the Exchange server is down then messages won't keep
getting reprocessed by dspam until it's available again.
You don't strictly need to run another instance, but I find it's a bit
cleaner if you do. This is my favourite howto on the subject:
