I don't know how you managed to mess up your email, but yikes.
Anyway:
If everything is going to the same user when spamAction=tag is set, then
you should look at what --user DSPAM is processing your mail as.
DSPAM is probably not getting the correct --user from whereever you're
telling it to get it from.
