Everyone,

I posted a patch again DSPAM 3.6.2 to greatly improve the performance
of PostgreSQL 8+ in the face of groups. It was discussed for a bit
and has still not been committed as of 3.8.1cvs. I can refresh it if
someone could help get it applied. Otherwise I will continue to
maintain my separate branch locally.
