Not with Dspam, but it can be fixed with your MTA (Postfix, etc...) since it's what receives the messages and then passes it to Dspam.
I can only tell you the fix for Postfix. It's all I use. In master.cf the dspam line(s) flag needs a lower case u. IE flags=Rhqu
